Goals

Rather than post on my main page what my aspirations are in this journey, I have decided to dedicate a page to them so that I may refer to them easily when I get discouraged and to keep me on track.

Final Goal Weight:  150

My Stepping Stones:

1.  To lose weight at a rate of 1-2 pounds per week

2.  Cardio Daily with 3-4 days per week of strength training

3.  First Goal Weight:  260 pounds by June 1 (-28 pounds)  — Reached May 11, 2009

4.  Second Goal Weight:  240 pounds by July 26 (-58 pounds) — Reached July 13, 2009

5.  Third Goal Weight:  225 pounds by September 1 (-72 pounds) — Reached August 24, 2009

6.  Fourth Goal Weight:  200 pounds by February 1, 2010 (-98 pounds)

7.  Fifth Goal Weight:  190 pounds by March 8, 2010 (-108 pounds)

8.  Sixth Goal Weight:  180 pounds by April 19, 2010 (-118 pounds)

9.  Seventh Goal Weight:   170 pounds by May 24, 2010 (-128 pounds)

10. Eighth Goal Weight:  160 pounds by July 5, 2010 (-138 pounds)

11.  Ninth Goal Weight:  150 pounds by August 30, 2010 (-158 pounds)

    I haven’t put my weight on my blog – thats for my information only! I do like the idea of having a seperate page for goals that I would like to reach along the way though.

    I may add one over the weekend.
